Hiding the Global Address List in Exchange 2003 owa

Need to setup students with school e-mail but want to block the global address list so it is not visable to any of them, but on the reverse i need to setup so staff can find student in a seperate global list

The article is about exchange 2007 but should also work on exchange 2003. its wise to test it out on a non production environment though. Love to hear how it went
