laserblazer Posted July 20, 2010 Posted July 20, 2010 What's the general concensus. I've tried to stick with Intel in school but I need some laptops and we don't have a lot of money. I've been offered a good deal on a Toshiba with AMD Athlon™ X2 Dual-Core Processor 2.1GHz. These are for teachers, so they won't be doing any heavy stuff that's school related.

Arcath Posted July 20, 2010 Posted July 20, 2010 recently put 20 amd toshibas into a school without any probs, personally i tend to stear clear of the intel stuff unless i absolutely have to get it (due to supply issues). 1
