vikpaw Posted July 21, 2010 Posted July 21, 2010 The discussion concerning use of Capita SupportNet and support desks in general has been moved to a new thread here http://www.edugeek.net/forums/mis-systems/60204-sims-supportnet-helpdesk-discussion.html Please can any more posts here be on topic regarding the Reason 0 error. For the most part Creese is working through the issue with the OP and will hopefully report back with the resolution.
enigmalive Posted August 12, 2010 Posted August 12, 2010 This is how I have managed to fix a reason 0 error before. Reason 0 Fix Take a backup using SQL Sesrver management Studio Paste the following into the query windows and then click execute use sims go exec sims.db_p_install exec sims.db_p_grant Wow ! worked like a treat ! Thank you so much. (we upgraded SQL 2005 to SQL 2008 on to a new SBS 2008 server)
matt40k Posted August 12, 2010 Posted August 12, 2010 Wow ! worked like a treat ! Thank you so much. (we upgraded SQL 2005 to SQL 2008 on to a new SBS 2008 server) SBS - Small business server?!? As in, not supported and has exchange? You have Exchange and SIMS (SQL) running on the same box??
