I've been asked to create a branded school look for all emails sent from the organization.

Now I can create a nice template in Outlook but is there any way to roll this out to the entire staff using exchange or something? Also is there anyway to use active directory data in the templates signature?

Somehow I don't think asking people to use the template will get 100% adoption :)

Code 2 exchange rules will do this for you. You design the template and it adds it to all emails.

You do not see it when typing the email but when you hit send it will add it. Itb will pull AD stuff to.

See example attached.

We do a similar thing using exchange 2007 to add an exclaimer about emails sent out, but as you can do it with anything. I think it is under transport rules, if not then its one of the tabs on that menu.

Looks like the ticket! Thanks.

Shame they don't seem to do educational pricing though :(

we use the 'free version' thats why we have the 'disclaimer added by code two...' on the bottom.

The only difference in paid version is that.
