Login Screen getting Changed by Pupils

Hi, Recently we have had some machines with there logon boxes looking purple and white with the classic theme, Does anyone know if there is a keyboard shortcut which can change a setting which might result in this happening as the libary staff think its some pupils.

Looks like the Accessibility options are being left on.

Hmmmm some of ours do this as well, this can be turned off by holding the Left Shift and ALT keys and pressing the print screen key. Sometimes even this doesn't work and the only way I've found is to hit the 'Apply all settings to logon desktop' check box in control panel -> Accessibility Options -> General.
