Recommend me a PC

A mate is lookiong for a new PC (box only) - it doesn't need to be powerful, but it does need to be a nice standard configuration inside (no Dell type funnies) and have space and connections for a couple of additional hard drives (SATA) as he has his music collection ripped to flac for use with streaming boxes.

I know you said no Dell, But the last few we have had at our company have all been standard inside with screws instead of leavers to release drives etc.. It all depends on his budget?
