CD ROM PLAYER error

Please can you tell me what is wrong with this RM CDROM Player error message?

 

I have CD ROM Player (V6.15.0.0) and CD ROM player database (v2.56.0.0).

When I run the all Title I receive message ‘please insert the CD for program name ’

 

All installations are OK but I receive this error.

yes database is ok, i tell you previous version of CDRom Player work fine with database,

only problem came with this version

Can you not downgrade to the previous version?

 

What happens if you manually mount the virtual CD image for an application before trying to run it?

manually mount, it is ok to play but some error message such as cant open some of the working folder anyway, old version works fine but i cant downgrate now i need to make sure what is the problem with new one. i really avoide to down grate again , pathes have been installed if old one go i might recive error message, just i tired old one in test work station not for all network. do you think anything wrong in registry?
