Android: Profile Manager to launch app

I use an called Profiles to switch between home( wifi on), outandabout(wifi off) and car(bluetooth on).

 

But I'd like to be able to auto launch my speed limit app as well when on car profile.

 

Anyone using a profile manger that can do that?
