Searching for a software product wich can reproduce school timetables and school info

We are looking for a software product, wich can reproduce school timetables and other school info.

There are other terms of demands like:

 

Central Management (internal, not through VPN/webbased like connections)

Direct sync of timetable changes, so changes are directly visible for the students

Supports Audio

User friendly

 

I would really apreciate it
