Anyone else in Beds got rubbish connection?

Does anybody else in the beds area who are running on the 10.15.48.x county proxies have rubbish connection?

 

If so, would you mind doing a speed test for me?

 

The link is http://10.15.48.8:81 and click on 1000mb.

 

Myself and 4 other schools are getting ~300k a second download speed when we should each be hitting over 5Mb a second.

outs is on the CBC now getting a good speed speed now.. do you still have unfiltered access..

as CBC don't see why we should have it..

 

getting the full 20Mb's now we have moved over..

could get a better on Virginmedia Biss Modems 50MB a sec 5MB upload they did say i could boned them to gather for a faster connection..

But they don't multi-link the CM's at there end a bit pointless realy.
