Windows XP Power Scheme Question

Hi,

Does anyone know what power scheme in in effect when an XP workstation is switched on but no user has yet logged on, ie it's just sitting there with the log on box displayed.

 

Once a user has logged on, the settings in their ntuser.dat file in their profile come into effect, but it's prior to that I'm interested in. I guess it's a setting in one of the control sets, but does anyone actually know.
