Attention BETT 2010 Staff!

I need your help please. Somebody changed the default password on the Mobotix camera, and didn't write it down in the passwords book. I want to take this to the states, but cannot get into the webmin without the password. If you know what it is please PM\email me ASAP!

err.. did i just read that correctly... EG staff are writing passwords down in a BOOK!

YES. This would be the book Ric and I started with all of the hardware and software passwords were in so when we got to BETT anyone could configure the equipmnet as required. Unfortunately someone changed the Mobotix camera password, and I can't get into the webmin. With these cameras you have to return them to Mobotix to get reset as well.

Yup. Given the amount of messing around we did with it it doesn't surprise me. Hang on! Didn't Net-Ctrl send someone over to set it up correctly for us (after we spent a day getting the image wrong)?

Didn't net-ctrl end up swapping the mobotix camera for one of theirs as we couldn't get it working correctly? It might be set to one of their passwords possibly?

I know I fixed a camera to push the images up to the FTP but Ric/you gave me the pass for this (the FTP password).

It's the camera, not the FTP password, and yes, they did swap the camera as the POE on the origional was broke.

Net-Ctrl are now remoted into my laptop and fixing it now as it was one of their PWs in use. Thanks guys
