Title bar in Google

Just noticed that the title bar of my Firefox browser seems to have been translated into a foreign language. Any ideas why this might be? (Just realized that I've written Google rather than Firefox in the title - is it possible to change this?)

 

It looks like it may be an extension, but which one will have to wait until I get home from work.

I had this yesterday. The only adon i have is domain details.

 

I just closed and reopened it was fine.

It appears to be something to do with Real Player.
