HP DX2200 Fog upload image

HI

 

i have been making new images for all our pc around site and all until now have worked fine. this model though is giving me problems. it boots into the fog upload screen where it starts to save the partition to the image but fails staight away.

 

i have read articles to try using a older kernel but i have tried a couple and have had no luck. does any one know how far i need to go back with kernel versions or if any one has had success with this model and fog.
