ipod Touch question

Quick one, do you download the apps to your computer and then transfer them to the pc? Thinking of getting one but use a usb dongle to get on the internet at home, so no wifi.

They are downlaoded, installed and managed with itunes.

you can download them directly onto the touch by using the inbuilt App store app as well as downloading apps via itunes on a computer.

Both my teenagers have iPod touches.

 

They download the majority of apps straight onto their iPods... these then appear on the PC when they synchronise. A few apps have been bought via the PC and then ended up on the iPod, so it works both ways!
