car hire price calculator

I work for a small car hire company. My boss has decided that he wants to put a price calculator on our website. After a bit of searching ive realised that h.t.m.l will not be good enough, which is a pain as its the only coding i know and i only know that as he asked me to learn it to sort our website out. I think the best way to go is java script. I have learnt a bit, I think i could set the page up so it looks good, but i dont have a clue when it come to the calculations. I want it to be like this Affordable Rentals Car Group A

 

but with out the collect from as we only have one branch.]

 

So please can someone help me out, i really dont have a clue where to start
