Virtual CD6 - Issues with Office 2003

Our Network has Virtual CD V6 on it which distributes various programmes to the XP Pro workstations.

 

Recently some users trying to run say MS Office (2003 version) get a message coming uyp telling them that they need to access the original programme which should contain SP2.

 

I'm pretty sure that the version in the home of the Virtual is without SP2.

 

Files listed in the Officer 11 folder are:

 

Office11.000

Office11.htm

Office11.ico

Office11.vbl

Office11.jpg

and

Office11.vc4

 

Without finding the SP2 from the folder the programme eventually runs OK anyhow but it's a slowdown. Also today, probably seperate issue students using Word have been able to pull up Wordart - looks like their work displays but when they click OK it's gone.

 

This all came to light today.

 

Am I right in thinking I need to slipstream SP2 with the original disk and replace the existing Office11 content - if so how do I do it please?
