XP - profile- HP 3323 printer issue?

Hi All,

I am confused with this problem and wondered if anyone can shed some light on it.

 

There is a teacher who can not print to her local printer and these are the symptoms and the troubleshooting steps I have taken with no progress.

 

She prints a document, the printer prints the document but there is nothing on the paper.

 

I log on as a teacher and do the same and the documents prints as normal. (Ink on paper)

 

I have reset her profile, (deleted off the computer too), reinstalled the drivers for the printer, unplugged the power source for the printer and rebooted the computer. Screamed at it, thrown my toys out of my pram and spat my dummy out!

 

There is ink in the printer as it prints for me. It isn't a permission thing as it prints for her although the paper is blank.

Any ideas?:confused:

On a more professional note though, have you tried deleting her old profile and creating a new one to see if its a setting hidden away somewhere?

Yes, tried that, still no joy

:whoo:Problem solved, binned it! We think it had software corruption as it kept crashing the machine today.

I think we need to wait more for this working
