[SIMS] NOVA T4 error - Help [Solved]

We have just upgraded to 2008 for both server and SQL and now cannot access NOVAt4

 

i am getting the following error:

 

could not write to file s:\sims\snova\log\novat00.txt

 

Can anyone help?
