laptop charger question

my laptop charger has official died, up this point i had to find a good spot for it to charge now it completely given up.

 

This is the page that my manufacture (Toshiba) recommended since they an authorized reseller PA3468E-1AC3 AC Adapter

 

and i found this on ebay

As i can gather one is produced by manufacture and the other is a replica made

 

Can there be any problems here ? if go for the ebay one

They are (according to the listing) identical electrically. It should work, but usual ebay caveats would apply. Somewhere more reputable would be CPC, they do fleets of generic PSUs. One should match your Tosh.
