Feedback on this UK Company Required Please

We're looking to use Halcyon Computer Supplies in Northampton to source consumables.

 

Does anyone here know of them? I've never come across them before and was wondering if there's anyone on here who uses them. Your feedback will be much appreciated. You can PM me if you'd rather.

Yes we've used them for a few years for toner cartridges. Their prices were better than the company we were previously using and are still largely very competitive. We do frequently get quotes from other companies for consumables, but none of them have been significantly cheaper. Delivery is pretty quick. Quality of the cartridges over all is fine, we do have occasional problems with some HP compatible colour cartridges leaking which is a bit of a pain, although defective cartridges are replaced without any fuss. Generally we are quite happy.

Yep, dealt with Danny Foster there in a previous life for several years and never had any problems at all.

 

Nice people, decent delivery for us (Danny lived in the next town over in Northamptonshire) and generally a good service.
