Ricoh Network Printer Problem

New printers installed and the valid access codes to print work really well, for the office anyway. but when i share a printer and script it to install, the valid access code on the server is not transfered and a new code has to be entered for every profile on every PC. i have spoke to Ricoh and they were helpfull but the advice they give me is when they return my call and i am usually offsite. any ideas? maybe a way to script the valid access code or anyone know how to remove restrictions on printing?

The second i posted that i looked in the web browser controller and found user authentisication managment and unticked the colour and black and white print jobs restrictions. D'oh!! thanks anyway
