SIMS Equipment Register

We're looking for a more reliable and easier to manage inventory method, and this came up as a possible solution. Has anyone any experience of this? How easy was it to get going and manage?

Our finance department considers it to be ::expletive deleted::, but it thought I'd ask around.

 

::Edit:: I'll ask for suggestions for alternative packages. What we require is something that can inventory all equipment including location by room and disposal.

If you are using our FMS product, you have "free" access to Equipment Register - as it is part of the SIMS Financial Management System.

 

There is no additional licence or cost to using our Equipment Register.

 

Therefore - if you have FMS, you could just have a play!
