Mac Safari cookies?

Within a Windows AD environment, you can view users Internet Explorer cookies in their profile folder (once hidden files etc have been turned off/on). We have caught a few students out this way after they have denied visiting a certain web site, then they are presented with the 'evidence' which reveals their surfing habits...

Can I do the same with Mac's?

Does Safari put cookies somewhere where I can get at them in the same way for network users, e.g. in their home drive/folder?

They should be stored in /'username'/Library/Cookies as cookies.plist

If I remember there is a good application for viewing the cookies rather than using the one built in to Safari I'll see if I can dig it up
