Win 7 and the Number Lock

Hi, does anyone know how to set Win 7 so that the Number Lock pops on at boot? It is on in BIOS, but turns off when Windows 7 loads. This is getting very annoying - please help!

If you open Registry Editor (Start > Run > regedit)

 

HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Control Panel\Keyboard

 

InitialKeyboardIndicators = 2
