featured_spectre Posted May 11, 2010 Posted May 11, 2010 I am interested. Gonna check funds and such to see if I can buy it
SimpleSi Posted May 11, 2010 Posted May 11, 2010 I was working on a NC10 today - I do miss my old one - a classic computer that does everything you'd expect of it
EduTech Posted May 11, 2010 Posted May 11, 2010 I think the NC10 is a fab peice of kit, I have one just like carl and to be honest i don't use it as much as i would like to.. I dont really have a need for it at this moment in time i just brough it one month because i wanted one lol! mine just sit's in a Netbook Case doing nothing lol! Great Buy though, fantastic peices of kit James.
tech_guy Posted May 11, 2010 Posted May 11, 2010 The NC10 is superb. I stuck an extra 1GB of RAM in mine, along with dual booting between Ubuntu and Vista Ultimate (don't laugh) and it's a real workhorse.
featured_spectre Posted May 12, 2010 Posted May 12, 2010 Don't be sorry, if you can't accept it you can't accept it! What about £150?
featured_spectre Posted May 12, 2010 Posted May 12, 2010 Can I be a royal pain in the arse and see some pics? I hate to be anal but its not for me, its for my sister in law for her birthday
CSNM-Carl Posted May 12, 2010 Author Posted May 12, 2010 Pictures attached. I'm useless at taking photos! There are no marks or scratches on it at all, it's just like brand new.
FN-GM Posted May 12, 2010 Posted May 12, 2010 Im tempted myself but im not sure on the whole netbook idea. I want to borrow one from someone really before i buy. Why are you getting shut if you dont mine me asking?
CSNM-Carl Posted May 12, 2010 Author Posted May 12, 2010 Replacing my main laptop with something more portable
CSNM-Carl Posted May 18, 2010 Author Posted May 18, 2010 This is still for sale - lowering asking price to £160 with free postage, next day!
SimpleSi Posted May 18, 2010 Posted May 18, 2010 Keep it in the attic - just keep the battery conditioned- and in 25 years time get it out and sell it at an Antiques fair for a packet
