Accessing LEA Hosted Mail Server from Internal Network behind ISA 2006

I am trying to setup notifications from various programs to send me email alerts, but dont seem to be having any luck. any help will be really appreciated.

 

We have ISA Server 2006 as a Firewall between External Network (LEA Router) and Internal Network (Curric Network).

 

I can Telnet the LEA hosted Mail server from the ISA Server itself but cant seem to access it from our Internal Network

 

I have opened up all ports on a our ISA server but still dont seem to be having any luck.

 

Has anyone else come accross this problem or might be able to point me in the right direction to get it solved.
