6Foot2 Posted May 3, 2010 Posted May 3, 2010 DreamScene was a Vista Ultimate Extra utility that allowed videos and other optimized animations to be used as desktop wallpapers. While some may find this quite desirable it could be a little distracting. Perhaps that is why it is not supported by default in Windows7?
