Windows 7 Home Folders

We're having a bit of a problem with our new Windows 7 suite. For some reason they are not mapping the home drive correctly.

 

We map their home drive in the User Accounts AD to N: \\\home$\\%username%

 

For some reason the N: drive is mapping to \\\home$ instead. The same user account maps fine on the Win XP machines.

 

Has anyone come accross this before or can point me in the right direction for probable answers?

[sOLVED] (I think). Early reports suggest a NTFS permissions problem. Turns out I needed to give 'Everyone' Read+Execute permissions on the two folders above their home folder. Win-XP never complained so I suppose it's some extra strong security in Win7 that was getting upset. Oh-hum!
