Problem with error file on pc

I am running windows xp, everytime I put a photo on my apple itouch and plug it in to my laptop, the laptop switches off? I have two error files I cannot find, can you help me find the files please they are -

 

I have deleted temp files but still have same problem, if I plug my itouch in another pc there is no problem
