reggiep Posted April 16, 2010 Posted April 16, 2010 Hi All, We have had a bit of a meltdown with our already pathetic wireless for our student laptops in a trolley. So in the short term, as we are a good few weeks from fixing the wireless, our Head of Science has asked if we can create a local log on for students so they can still use all the science apps. Now I can't see an easy way to lock down the laptops without a great deal of playing with local gpos. So... Can anyone suggest any apps or shortcuts that might help with this process? Thanks
Potato-Peeler Posted April 16, 2010 Posted April 16, 2010 Make a batche file, put it on a usb, and put it round manually?
reggiep Posted April 16, 2010 Author Posted April 16, 2010 Can you expand slightly please? I'm not quite sure what you mean.
runcmd Posted April 20, 2010 Posted April 20, 2010 You could use Windows Steady State to lock down the laptops 1
