Does this look ok for a schools MTB Club logo

I've been staring at it for 30 minutes trying to make my mind up if it is any good

 

I would like to hear your suggestions and comments

I would say the lettering hides too much of the biker. Maybe move it down. Otherwise good.

I like it. Its nice and simple and eye catching. It wont cost much to produce either with those colours.

Thank you, my aim was to keep it clean and simple... less = more sort of thing. The Text sort of had me pondering. If I get more good comments like that then its a keeper lol
