WDS / Manual Installs

Ok here it is, I have several WDS boxes setup across the estate, which are all working fine and with prestaging AD populates the correct computer name etc.

 

Here is the difficult bit, I have taken the exact same answer file from my WDS unattend and put it into my manual install image for manual installs (some of our estate can't cope with WDS) but the answer file is failing with Net Join error 1355 .

 

Does anyone know why a manual install won't play when the WDS fires through without a problem....
