Hi all,

We are currently testing iPod touches to be used in a classroom enviorment (20 have been purchased) as the iPods are accessing the internet via our proxy server, they can access the internet fine via Safari, but some apps don't work am guessing because they are not proxy aware.

Not being too great with ISA server 2006 is there any sort of rule which I can add to allow access to the internet like you would say at home for example?

Any pointers would be great.

Cheers

Stevo.

Get the MAC addresses of the devices, and then allow them completely unfiltered access?

However you run the risk of MAC address spoofing

Hi,

Also have 20 iPods Touches for students and many staff have iPhones. Would love to allow them to be used to there full potential. I would love to give our Tech guys a quick point in the right direction. How did you do this and would each iPod still require them to use individual credentials?
