Windows movie maker problem HELP!

The file G:\DCIM\100VIDEO\VID00001.MP4 is not a supported file type, and it cannot be imported into Windows Movie Maker.

 

has anybody had this issue and resolved it?

Convert the video to a supported format before you inport it

 

use any video converter or an equivelant.

As per the above post. You're most safe with .wmv or .avi (with any applicable codecs).
