install flash

Hello,

 

Seems like I have a problem with flash player.... i have had something like this before and think i had to be administrator rather than domain admin to install, or had to change privileges on registry.. i cant remember... but basically it wont register a component

 

flash9d.ocx failed to register

 

Anyone help?
