Default Hotpicks - Explorer link to C drive

Ive completed our Win7 staff profile, appart from one small problem....

 

When they load explorer and then MS Word, they then check the hotpicks that Explorer has created and there is a link to "Templates"

 

This then lets them traverse up through the folders to the C drive.

 

Is there a setting that can restrcit this please?

 

Current they cannot access the C drive and its also hidden in My Computer via group policy
