Hi guys.

 

I'm having a problem when a member of staff plugs in a card into a cardreader on a laptop, and they get a white Active Desktop as a result. It only seems to happen when their laptop is not conected to the school domain and with their documents made available offilne. When the laptop is on the domain via wireless or CAT5, it behaves.

 

Any ideas?
