badboy1984 Posted March 10, 2010 Posted March 10, 2010 Hi Guys, My boss seems to be getting spam emails and I have been given the task of sorting it out. one of the problems is that I am based on tge different site. Is there a way we can block junk emails or know what emails have been sent that we can somehow block on the Exchange server?? Thanks
tom_newton Posted March 10, 2010 Posted March 10, 2010 Easiest way would be a spam filter inline somewhere, or on the box itself. If you were using smoothWall already i'd suggest evaluating the anti-spam function. Alternatively there's on-exchange stuff like GFI.
danrhodes Posted March 10, 2010 Posted March 10, 2010 If your running 2k7 then try How to install Microsoft Anti Spam Agents on Exchange 2007 theres also some docs on domain reputation i'm trying to dig out for you also. Otherwise, we use Trend Micro filtering and its excellent and very cheap also. D
