Mandatory profiles / Application data utility

Sorry to add yet another thread on profiles, but there are so many I can't find the one I want...

 

Some time ago someone posted up a link to a program that kind of bridged the gap between roaming and mandatory profiles. I think it involved some trick with the Application Data folder (I know there are problems simply redirecting this.)

 

Ring any bells...?
