danIT Posted March 8, 2010 Posted March 8, 2010 Can anyone tell me how to create a new admin account in Facility CMIS? Been so long since I last did this i just cant remember.
ranj Posted March 8, 2010 Posted March 8, 2010 I think it's under the options tab, and under user accounts. Go into here and you can create an account or copy an existing account and give it a new name.

SkywOrca Posted March 8, 2010 Posted March 8, 2010 If you can't log in to Facility with an Admin level account (I'm assuming you've forgotten your password?) then you'd have to phone your Facility support and ask them to reset it for you. They will have access to a password of the hour that they can log in to your system with, which will allow them to either reset your password or create you a new admin user. They should check to make sure that you're allowed to have an admin level account of course otherwise anyone in the school could gain undue access!
