Name of active directory editor?

I remember a old thread (that I cant find!) a tool to bulk edit active directory users and other things, I know it hadf a picture of a wizard with a wand i think?? does anyone know which one I m talking about?

I remember it on NT4, can't remember what it was called. I also remember it suddenly stopping working.

 

What are you trying to change, in AD you can often highlight more then one user and change the setting for all of them.
