We still have a couple of 2003 servers in our domain, but do all our configuration / policies / AD stuff on our 2008 servers.

Does this mean that the domain is fucntioning at 2008 level, or is it still working at 2003 level?

We are wanting to implement 2 password policies.. Is this possible using the 2008 servers even though theres still 2003 DC running?

I was going to ask if the 2003 servers were DC's but the last sentence there clarified it. If you are still running a 2003 DC then you are running at 2003 level.

To run at 2008 level you'll need to migrate the 2003 DC to 2008 and then raise the forest and domain function levels in AD.
