Windows 7 Sysprep and Office 2003

Been trying to sysprep a hp compaq 610 for simply ages. Come acrossed so many hurdles with this I feel like throwing it out of the window.

Anyway,

 

After syspreping, creating a new user and agreed to the licence agreement etc. and logged in. I find that the shortcuts for Office 2003 have been changed

They start with C:\ProgramData\Program Files\.... This is wrong as it should just be C:\Program Files\...

Anyone know why this is happening?
