Problems with course-source.net

We've been having problems recently with the progress tracking on course-source.net (ECDL tutorials). It works intermittently and it makes it hard for teachers to know whether kids have completed homework.

 

There's a sub-issue caused by home installs of Norton detecting parts of the tutorials as malware that's been going on for a while. That's partly their fault for using rubbish AV, but given it's the vendor's (course-source.net) responsibility to ask Norton to fix it, they're being tardy.

 

Does anyone else use it / experience similar problems?

 

(Yes, we have contacted them (via proxy) about these issues. Not much has happened).

We use Course-Source for our ECDL learning where I work and they've always been very helpful whenever we've had to deal with them.

 

Has your issue been resolved?
