iPhone Help, ive messed too much!!

So, I disabled my sms popups on my iphone and now no matter what setting I change the popup still wont popup!

 

The setting for it is -

 

Settings > Messages > Show Preview

 

but even with it turned on I have no luck!

The phone is jailbroken but I have no idea if any app ive installed has changed the setting.

Can anyone help please?

Sorry guys, I totally forgot this post lol!

I ended up wiping and starting again, still cant get my message popups back... oh well!
