irsprint84 Posted January 15, 2010 Posted January 15, 2010 Might sound like a dumb/ easy question but at the when I started at my job we have the local exchange address as servername-05/owa and external as webmail.schoolname.com , I got a wildcard cert for *school.com but obvously it doesnt work with servername-05. So do I need to create a wildcard cert differently? or what would be the best way to do a dual cert? what would I change on the server if needed?
djm968 Posted January 20, 2010 Posted January 20, 2010 You need to look at Exchange 2007 unified communication certificates, this type of certificate enables you to add SAN and server NetBios names. Exchange 2007 UC certificates also enable you to connect Windows Mobile devices to receive push email directly for the exchange server.
