Adding captcha to form

I'm trying to work out how to add captcha to a contact form I have on my personal website. I have the form emailing me, pretty straightforward as cgimail is included already in the hosting package. My web development and scripting knowledge is very basic!

 

I'm with hostpapa and as mentioned am using cgimail with the form, I've found This captcha script but can't get it to work, thoug the image comes up okay. The hosting package does support php as well.
