For everyone's info it looks like the part number I had is no longer offered by HP. One of our staff members managed to shtred the existing transfer kit by pulling the toner out at an awkward angle. Wonder if that's why the existing part's been replaced due to it being badly designed?

 

 

According to their parts site the new part which has replaced it is:-

 

CC468-67927

(Replaced: CC468-67907)

ITB Service Kit

 

Any quotes on the above would be appreciated as we're still looking for the above part
