Web cam meeting between a mac and a pc. Best (free) software?

Wow, we are interviewing for a new English teacher and one of the candidates is currently in Canada so has asked if she can be interviewed via webcam. She has a PC and we have loads of macs so I wondered what might be the best method.

 

Any suggestions please?

Skype - use it all the time to communicate between UK and Sweden. Works a charm, and completely free on Mac and PC for webcam meetings.
